Be your own therapist
Rarely does a training course, book, meditation, or psychedelic trip transform ones’ life completely. More often they provide small blocks with which we build a psychologically safe home for ourselves. Or a companion to walk us along the path we endeavour to follow, a little helping hand towards our goals.
It’s about finding something that resonates with you, feels true. Something you can connect to and get onboard with.
I hope this course clicks with you.

Healing from heartbreak
This is the transcript of a guided meditation I produced for Insight Timer, for those passing through the end of a romantic relationship. It’s a moment for your heartbreak to be truly seen in all its rawness, and for us to hold your pain together. In the meditation I gently guide you, with acceptance and compassion, through being with your darkest feelings and thoughts. We'll explore the roots of why you're hurting so much, before re-emerging with hope and guidance to take with you.

What makes therapy successful
When we look at the full breadth of available research, it consistently shows there are three areas key to successful therapy. 1) The client’s ability to engage with the therapy, their hope and expectation. 2) The quality of the therapeutic relationship. 3) How the therapist tailors the therapy to the client’s preferences.
